1850's Ball Gown

from B. Coole Designs

Chava needed a ball gown for the Gasgill Ball. It may be the best thing I ever made.

I can make this ball gown for you. The basic gown, made of your fabric, is $250. That is the plain dress, without the trim or foundations.
You will need your own corset (try bridal stores or Fredrick's of Hollywood) and crinoline (used clothing stores, or I can make one for you) or hoops.

The trim is the part that adds the fun. Unfortunately it is what takes the most time, and adds the expense. You can have me apply the trim to your design, or save money by doing the trim yourself. You may find that you will change the trim four or five times over the life of the gown, just for the fun of it!
